Bourdon Best WC Starter Sunday, October 1st , 2023 There was little doubt around the Western Circuit that William Bourdon would be awarded Pitcher of the Month honors for September. Today, they made it official, naming the 26-year-old St. Louis Lions starter the latest honoree. He thoroughly dominated the hitters who stood in against him, holding them to a .216 batting average while fashioning a 2.08 ERA in 6 starts. His record for the month was 4-1 in 47.2 innings of work. To date this season, Bourdon is 11-6 with 22 starts and an ERA of 3.97 with 165 strikeouts in 152 innings. |
