Union Captures Wild Card Tuesday, September 26th , 2023 For a team that has never won a Pro Circuit Cup, how you get to the postseason isn't the important part. The important part is simply that you get there and thus, the Chicago Union excitedly celebrated their Eastern Circuit wild card berth tonight. "There's only one thing that everyone on this team wants and that's to be champions. We want to bring a title home to Chicago and this is the first step," said reliever Josh Kingsbury. "Of course we would have loved to win the division, but we look forward to the challenge ahead." It will be the 1st Professional Baseball Circuit championship in franchise history for the team if they can pull it off. "That's the ultimate goal," added the reliever. |
