Denver-Washington Trade Confirmed Monday, August 21st , 2023 The Denver Cutthroats have parted ways with 22-year old minor league CF Ben Serret and 22-year old minor league RF Grant Massara in a trade with the Washington Warriors for 32-year old RHP Ryan Matlock. Cutthroats general manager Montgomery confirmed the deal in an announcement this morning. Washington will retain a portion of Matlock's remaining contract. Over the season, Matlock has made 21 relief appearances with 6 saves. He has K'd 36 batters in 32.1 innings, yielded 10 walks and has a 5.85 ERA. Matlock's record this year is 1-5. |
