There aren't many who could be pro ballplayers and there are even fewer who could put up 5 hits in a day.

Marcos Diaz is one of those rare few, as he went 5-for-5 against the Arlington Stars at Tulsa Park. The monster effort from the 22-year-old left fielder helped the Tulsa Twisters get the win, 13-3.

"We made some bad pitches and he took advantage of it," said Stars manager James Russo. "That's the game, though. Don't make mistakes and you'll win ballgames. Make mistakes and, well, you saw what happened today."

Marcos Diaz singled in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Brock Blackmore in the 2nd, hit an RBI double in the 3rd, singled in the 5th and hit a solo-shot off Mario Lopes in the 6th.

In 2023 Diaz has hit at a .283 clip with 26 hits, 2 home runs, 7 RBIs and has scored 16 times.
