5 times is the charm -- at least for Francisco Serna.

The New Orleans (R) Voodoo first baseman tore up the El Paso (R) Diablos to the tune of 5 hits in 6 at-bats at PBC Rookie Development Complex. The offensive onslaught from Serna powered the 16-5 Voodoo win.

"Serna was a tough out," El Paso (R) manager Luke Bankston said to the press in the postgame interview. "He hit some very good pitches with that quick bat of his. Not an easy out, that's for sure."

Francisco Serna flied out in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit a three-run double in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
