Pilots Pull Out Late-Game Win, 6-5

The Atlanta Pilots grabbed a win, 6-5, over the Indianapolis Clowns in 11 innings at Blues Field. Atlanta designated hitter Micah Meredith went 5 for 6 with a home run, a triple, and 3 singles. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. Atlanta is now 31-28, while Indianapolis is 27-32.

Had Meredith not come through in the top of the 11th, who knows how the game would've ended? But with two down, Meredith hit a run-scoring single. The Pilots took the lead, 6-5, and never looked back.
