Las Vegas Aces starter Ron Mackowski had all his pitches working at Cutter's Cove. His stellar performance paved the way for an easy 8-2 Las Vegas win over the Denver Cutthroats. Las Vegas is now 20-14, Denver 21-13.

In the top of the first, 32-year old left fielder Nolan Wheeler hit a solo home run. The 4th home run of the season for the Las Vegas center fielder put the Aces on top, 1-0.

"We played a good game and came out on top," said Wheeler.
