Philadelphia Beats Tampa Bay, 8-5

Enthusiastic fans came out to support the home team at Keystones Stadium.
Philadelphia right fielder Manny Parra contributed significantly to his team's 8-5 win over the Tampa Bay Thunder. Parra, who is tied for 2nd in the EC in hits with 30, went 1 for 3 with 2 runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Keystones. Billy Morris finished the game for Philadelphia and earned his 2nd save.
Alfredo Zamarripa had a big run-scoring double for the Keystones in the bottom of the fourth inning. With Philadelphia leading 2-1 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a fastball from Dylan Wilson and swatted a double to right-center. It was his 10th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Keystones ahead, 3-1.
"Manny is still learning," said Keystones manager Corey Anderson. "The sky's the limit for him."
With the win, Philadelphia upped its record to 11-11.
