Keystones Advance to Cup Qualifier
|
Alan Calloway has led his Philadelphia Keystones to a Play-in Series victory.
Philadelphia's third baseman was named series MVP after playing an instrumental role in winning the series 4-1 and eliminating the Chicago Union.
"See the ball, hit the ball," he said. "It's simple what I did this series."
The club advanced to the Cup Qualifier with a 9-1 triumph at Keystones Stadium in the deciding game.
Calloway was red hot in the series, which saw him put up a .526 average, as well as 2 home runs and 8 RBI.
The Cup Qualifier matchups and schedule will be announced after the Play-in Series finishes.
