Lions Won't Get Playoff Berth Saturday, October 1st , 2022 St. Louis (R) Lions starting pitcher Leo Quintero said it is a "bitter disappointment" for he and his teammates to miss the playoffs. The remarks came hours after the club was mathematically eliminated from 2022 postseason contention. St. Louis (R) last appeared in the postseason in 2017. This is their 5th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 13 times in their 15-year history. |
