Pankonin Pounds R Pitchers This Week Monday, August 29th , 2022 It was an exceptional week for Jason Pankonin of the Tampa Bay (R) Thunder. First he beat the devil out of the ball, hitting .615 and as you would expect, he was voted the Player of the Week in the PBC Rookie Complex League. Last week Pankonin went 16-for-26, notched 3 home runs and 11 RBIs and scored 13 runs. All in all, a very good week for him. For the season, Pankonin is currently batting .336 with 8 home runs and 35 RBIs. In 59 games he has reached base at a .426 rate and scored 41 runs to date. |
