Season Possibly Over for Joe Jones Wednesday, June 29th , 2022 The season is apparently over for Joe Jones. The New York City (R) Blues medical staff informed the club that the starting pitcher will be out at least 8 months with shoulder inflammation. Jones was hurt in the game against Philadelphia (R) while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. |
