Texans Zepeda Out Rest Of Season Saturday, June 25th , 2022 David Zepeda at first refused to leave today's Washington (R)-Dallas (R) game after he suffered a torn labrum while throwing a pitch. But his manager convinced him not to be foolish. "I want to be on the field," the feisty Dallas (R) starting pitcher said. "I'll play through just about anything." Given time to reflect on the situation, he knew it was in his best interest to get immediate treatment. The injury is expected to keep Zepeda out of action for 6 months. |
