Brooklyn Season Won't Continue in Playoffs Saturday, September 3rd , 2022 David McKay said it's going to be "an awfully long offseason" for the Brooklyn Atlantics after they missed the Amateur Baseball Circuit playoffs. The club came close, but ultimately ran out of games to secure a postseason spot and were eliminated from contention today. The Atlantics have missed the playoffs 19 times in their 20 years as a Amateur Baseball Circuit franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 8th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2014. In the last 10 seasons, the Atlantics have only made the playoffs once. |
