Franklin Helpless Against Mire, Lose 7-0 Tuesday, August 16th , 2022 Adrian Mire had an impressive outing at Ballpark of Franklin, hurling the Manchester Monarchs to a 7-0 shutout victory over the Franklin Knights. "He threw strikes and he was always around the plate," Franklin skipper Evan Radford said. "The ball was doing everything he wanted it to do. We hit some balls hard, but they were all right at the fielders." On the day, the left-handed Mire yielded 4 hits and tallied 7 strikeouts with 2 walks.
