Tulsa-Houston Brawl, Loken and Miller Suspended Sunday, August 14th , 2022 If there wasn't a history between Caleb Loken of Tulsa and Chris Miller of Houston, then there is one now. The incident between the two sparked a bench-clearing scrum with those two being the center of attention. Now they will miss 2 and 6 games respectively as a result of their actions. The league office announced their suspensions today. "We're both really competitive," Loken said later, "and sometimes things go a little too far because of it." In 44 games this year, Loken has posted a .277 average and put up these numbers: 6 home runs, 21 RBIs and 28 runs scored. Miller has made 25 starts so far this year and put up a 10-10 won-lost record with a 5.41 ERA. In 146.1 innings he has allowed 172 hits, walked 47 and struck out 139. |
