Week's Top Player: Hollywood's Guzman Monday, June 20th , 2022 The Player of the Week has been chosen by the Western Amateur Circuit. The award went to Alex Guzman, catcher of the Hollywood Stars. In a sensational hitting performance, he wrecked league pitchers with a .407 average to win the honor. Guzman went 11-for-27 for the week, totaled 1 home run and 4 RBIs and scored 5 times. Thus far this year, Guzman has hit .291 with 8 home runs and 33 RBIs. |
