Houston Out of Playoff Race Monday, September 26th , 2022 Those hoping for some late-season heroics from the Houston Mavericks are out of luck. The team today was officially eliminated from postseason contention. Houston last appeared in the postseason in 2016. This is their 6th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 11 times in their 23-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Mavericks have missed the playoffs 5 times. Houston has won the Pro Circuit Cup 3 times in their history. |
