Year Ends for Mark Catlett in Dallas Sunday, September 4th , 2022 The season is finished for Mark Catlett of the Dallas Texans. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Texans reliever suffered a ruptured ulnar collateral ligament while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Chicago Union. Team doctors said it would take at least 10-11 months to heal. Running the numbers on Catlett for the year, he has made 24 relief appearances, recorded 2 saves and compiled a 4-5 won-lost mark with a 3.96 ERA. In pitching 50 innings, he has totaled 41 strikeouts and 21 walks. |
