Bad News for Denver, Tucker Halverson Hurt Friday, August 26th , 2022 The doctors have spoken and Tucker Halverson of the Denver Cutthroats didn't like what he heard. The 23-year-old reliever is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Halverson sustained his season-ending injury during the St. Louis Lions game yesterday at The Lions Hearth. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the Denver medical staff reported Halverson had a torn rotator cuff and would be absent from the lineup for at least 4-5 months. This season, Halverson has made 8 relief appearances and has 1 save. His record is 0-1 with 23 strikeouts in 24 innings with a 4.12 ERA. |
