PBC Hands Out Reliever of the Year Award Monday, November 7th , 2022 His manager and teammates call Billy Morris a true bullpen ace. The Professional Baseball Circuit calls him the winner of the Reliever of the Year Award for 2022. The Philadelphia Keystones relief specialist out of Urbandale, Iowa, won the award with 18 saves in 46 relief appearances, 80 strikeouts in 77 innings and 21 walks. He compiled a record of 8 wins and 7 losses and had a 2.10 ERA. He received 13 first place votes out of a possible 24. Rafael Martinez of the St. Louis Lions finished second in voting with 6 first place votes, while Raquel Lobato of the San Francisco Peanuts finished third.
