The El Paso Diablos picked up a win at Inferno Field, dropping the Miami Sun Sox, 9-4. Mark Brown, who finished 5th in the PBC in strikeouts with 162 in 2013, was the difference-maker. The first-place Diablos have won 5 consecutive games.

Javier Blanco, who is tied for 2nd in the PBC in extra base hits with 23, helped out the El Paso cause in the bottom of the third inning with a run-scoring walk. For the game, the left fielder drew 2 walks in 5 plate appearances.
