El Paso Diablos starter Amari McCullough was locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Dallas Texans, 6-3. McCullough, who is tied for 10th in the PBC in wins with 4, went the distance for El Paso. He gave up 3 runs on 7 hits. Dallas has now lost 6 consecutive games.

Shaun Dunham had a big 2-run double for the Diablos in the bottom of the third inning. With El Paso leading 2-0 and runners on 1st and 3rd, he got a fastball from Derrick Paul, who is tied for 10th in the PBC in complete games with 1, and swatted a double to left. It was his 6th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Diablos ahead, 4-0.
