R Star of the Week Announced Monday, August 30th , 2021 What's in a number? In baseball, just about everything. The numbers that New York City (R)'s Manny Guerrero put up last week were the envy of the league, as Guerrero came away with PBC Rookie Complex League Player of the Week honors. He belted out 9 hits in 19 at-bats, 3 home runs and 11 RBIs last week as he posted his .474 batting average. So far this season, Guerrero has recorded a .269 batting average with 58 hits, 7 home runs, 36 RBIs, 27 runs scored and a .374 OBP. |
