Wander of Washington (R) Player of the Week Monday, August 23rd , 2021 The Washington (R) Warriors received word today that catcher Dean Wander was selected PBC Rookie Complex League Player of the Week for his stellar performance in last week's games. Wander took full advantage of all 26 plate appearances last week as he hit .417 with 10 hits, 5 home runs, 14 RBIs and 6 runs scored. This year, Wander is hitting .393, produced 44 RBIs and 13 home runs, scored 34 times and gotten on base at a .454 rate. |
