Levy Torches Peanuts for 5 Hits Thursday, August 19th , 2021 5 times is the charm -- at least for Eli Levy. The St. Louis (R) Lions third baseman tore up the San Francisco (R) Peanuts to the tune of 5 hits in 5 at-bats at PBC Rookie Development Complex. The offensive onslaught from Levy powered the 17-5 Lions win. "Levy was a tough out," San Francisco (R) manager Sayf bin Imran said to the press in the postgame interview. "He hit some very good pitches with that quick bat of his. Not an easy out, that's for sure." Eli Levy singled in the 1st, walked in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off Luis Garcia in the 4th, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and hit a GRAND SLAM off Armando Cadena in the 7th.
