New York City (R)'s Christopher Wilcox Injured Sunday, June 13th , 2021 The New York City (R) Blues learned that Christopher Wilcox is likely to be out for 4 months after he injured himself throwing a pitch in today's game against the Washington (R) Warriors. A round of tests by the team doctor revealed the injury to be a bone spur in his elbow. Upon hearing the diagnosis, the New York City (R) manager told the press, "As you all know, we can't control injuries -- they are a part of the game. We just have to do the best we can until Christopher is back in action." |
