Detroit (R) Won't Make Playoffs Tuesday, September 28th , 2021 Coming close doesn't make missing the playoffs easier for the Detroit (R) Motors. Club manager Carlos Lavato said it's a "tough pill to swallow" as the club has now been mathematically eliminated from playoff contention. Before this season, the Motors last missed the playoffs in 2019. In the 14 years they have been a PBC Rookie Complex League franchise, they have missed the playoffs 8 times. Detroit (R) last won the Championship Cup in 2012. |
