Carter Wins Award for EAC Dominance Monday, September 20th , 2021 At the young age of only 26, Isaiah Carter has been named the Eastern Amateur Circuit Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2021. The future appears bright for the Franklin Knights relief ace, who captured the award with 13 saves in 51 relief appearances, 86 strikeouts in 81 innings and a record of 6-4 to go with his 3.00 ERA. He received 20 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Charles Howell of the Fort Wayne Farmers finished second in voting, while Sadaharu Tamura of the Brooklyn Atlantics finished third.
