Year Ends for D.J. Fossen in Fort Wayne Tuesday, June 22nd , 2021 The season is ending on a bad note for D.J. Fossen, center fielder for the Fort Wayne Farmers. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Fossen was hurt against the Manhattan Liberty while running the bases. He suffered a torn posterior cruciate ligament and will be out for at least 7 months. Thus far this season, Fossen has hit .273 with no home runs, 0 RBIs and scored 5 times. |
