Bad News for Ottawa, Phipps Injured Wednesday, September 15th , 2021 The Ottawa Capitals were dealt a blow today when closer Arthur Phipps left the game with an undisclosed injury. The team has now revealed that Phipps has suffered a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and will most likely miss the rest of the season as a result of the injury. |
