Colon Sends Sherbrooke Bats to Deep Freeze Thursday, September 2nd , 2021 In a remarkable performance, Detroit Chargers starter Andy Colon beat the Sherbrooke Canadians, 8-0, in an impressive 5-hit shutout. "My arm felt good, mechanics were good and my stuff was working," he said later. "It doesn't get any better than this." The Chargers hurler finished with 9 strikeouts and 4 walks. He showed pinpoint control and a sharp fastball. "It was a rough one for my guys," Sherbrooke manager Matthew Kelly said, following the game. "We weren't at our best and their guy was."
