Quebec City Trades Butler for Detroit's Uribe Thursday, December 16th , 2021 The Baseball News Network is reporting that the Admirals and Chargers have consummated a trade. Detroit will receive 30-year old RHP Andrew Butler, 20-year old minor league CF Willie Medina, and $650 in cash in a swap for 20-year old minor league RF Jesus Uribe and 24-year old minor league RHP Brian Green. A league analyst called the trade a "fairly even transaction." A check of his career stats reveals Butler has chalked up 24 wins and 24 losses with 359 strikeouts and a 3.99 ERA. Opposing teams have put up a .267 batting average against him. |
