Quebec City-Mexico City Announce Deal Wednesday, November 17th , 2021 A trade was announced today at a press conference in Quebec City. Not satisfied with their current roster, the Quebec City Admirals general manager shook things up by acquiring 30-year old 2B Shawn Jones and $600 in cash from the Mexico City Aztecas for 30-year old RF Cesar Gomez. "We're a better team now," Admirals general manager Phil Hartwick said. "We've added several pieces to the puzzle." Over his 279-game career Gomez has compiled a .292 batting average and collected 290 hits, 35 home runs and 144 RBIs. |
