Big Bat Pays Off, Cuellar Player of the Week Monday, September 14th , 2020 It was announced today by the PBC Rookie Complex League that Los Angeles (R) center fielder Alberto Cuellar had received the Player of the Week Trophy for his superlative play last week. During his week-long batting binge he reeled off a .458 batting average, 11 hits and 5 home runs. Cuellar also racked up 10 RBIs and scored 8 runs. So far this season, Cuellar has recorded a .242 batting average with 68 hits, 13 home runs, 29 RBIs, 45 runs scored and a .355 OBP. |
