Garcia Is July's Best R Hurler Saturday, August 1st , 2020 The PBC Rookie Complex League announced the winner of the Pitcher of the Month Award for July. It went to Andres Garcia of Washington (R) for his outstanding 5-1 record and 2.27 ERA. Garcia also chalked up 6 starts, 35.2 innings and 34 strikeouts. This season, Garcia has compiled a 5-2 record with a 3.42 ERA. |
