Diablos Lose Lopez for Season Tuesday, July 7th , 2020 Angel Lopez has to call it a season. The El Paso (R) Diablos starting pitcher sustained a season-ending injury against the St. Louis (R) Lions and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Lopez was injured while throwing a pitch. His doctors diagnosed it as shoulder inflammation and stated that he would not be able to play for 5 months. So far this season, Lopez has 1 win and 2 losses and a 5.00 ERA. |
