Dussault Grabs WAC Reliever of the Year Award Sunday, September 20th , 2020 Tulsa Twisters closer Blake Dussault said he loves to come into the game when the outcome is in jeopardy. He certainly did a good job of impacting his team's outcomes this season, as he has been named the winner of the 2020 Reliever of the Year Award for the Western Amateur Circuit. "There's no better feeling than running in from the bullpen with the game on the line and your heart pumping," Dussault said. On the season, the Baton Rouge, Louisiana native had 14 saves in 50 relief appearances, 93 strikeouts in 76.2 innings and a record of 3 wins and 7 losses to go with his 2.82 ERA. He received 15 first place votes out of a possible 20. Josh Harrison of the Yuma Gnomes finished second in voting with 5 first place votes, while Kevin Lavender of the Albuquerque Coyotes finished third.
