Carter Grabs EAC Reliever of the Year Award Sunday, September 20th , 2020 He may only be 25, but Isaiah Carter of the Franklin Knights has already established himself as one of the elite relievers in the Eastern Amateur Circuit. The reliever was today named the EAC Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2020. He won the award with a strong year that saw him put up 13 saves in 50 relief appearances and 83 strikeouts in 88.1 innings. He had a record of 10-8 to go with his 3.26 ERA. He received 20 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Xavier Walker of the Providence Grays finished second in voting, while Ismael Gonzalez of the Long Beach Titans finished third.
