El Paso Starter Named WAC's Premier Pitcher Tuesday, September 1st , 2020 When David Dudley takes the hill, there's a good chance for a El Paso victory. At least that's the way it was in May. He excelled with a 5-1 mark and a 1.80 ERA in 6 starts, tossed 40 innings, fanned 49, and held enemy hitters to a .210 average. That's why the Mavericks star was honored today as the Pitcher of the Month by the Western Amateur Circuit. Thus far this season, Dudley has posted a 6-1 record, started 10 games, struck out 76 batters in 66.2 innings and compiled a 1.48 ERA. |
