Alicea Wins Best Bat Award in July Saturday, August 1st , 2020 At only 20 years of age, Pedro Alicea could very well have many more months like this last one during his career. That would be great news for fans of the Fort Wayne Farmers, as July was one to remember for the third baseman and he has captured the Eastern Amateur Circuit Batter of the Month award. On the month he hit .356 with 8 home runs, 25 RBIs and 25 runs scored. For the year, Alicea is batting .296 with 13 home runs. |
