Arriba Gets 5 Hits Friday, September 18th , 2020 Magtanggol Arriba was at the head of a Philadelphia Keystones hit parade at Keystones Stadium. The 26-year-old went to the plate 6 times and came away with 5 hits, but it was the Boston Shamrocks that marched off with the 3-2 win. "We didn't have it today," griped Keystones skipper Corey Anderson following the game. "Magtanggol did fine, but as a team, we didn't do it with the bats and we didn't do it pitching." Arriba did more than fine, dominating the Shamrocks at the plate during his record-making 5-for-6 performance. "Each time I went to the plate, I was thinking about hitting the ball hard somewhere," the sweet-swinging third baseman told reporters. "When I focus on that, I usually have quality at-bats." Magtanggol Arriba doubled in the 1st, singled in the 4th, doubled in the 6th, singled in the 9th, grounded out in the 10th and singled in the 12th.
