Washington SP Quadir Williams Injured Friday, September 18th , 2020 Quadir Williams will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Washington starting pitcher could miss the remainder of the year. Williams was injured while throwing a pitch in the Warriors-Thunder clash at Warriors Park recently. Doctors said he has a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and would be out a minimum of 7-8 months. To date this season, Williams sports a 3-5 mark with a 5.03 ERA in 14 starting assignments. He has held the opposition to a .291 batting average and has 38 strikeouts in 82.1 innings. |
