PBC Names Pitcher of the Year Award Winner Tuesday, November 10th , 2020 The hottest hurler in the Professional Baseball Circuit this season was Mark Brown of the Toronto Titans. He caught the attention of everybody in the league on his way to winning the 2020 PBC Pitcher of the Year Award. Brown starred with an impressive 10-3 record in 22 starts. The Titans ace gave up 130 base hits and struck out 159 in 150.1 innings with a 2.63 ERA. He received 13 first place votes out of a possible 18. Ryan Williams of the St. Louis Lions finished second in voting with 5 first place votes, while Kevin Keeth of the El Paso Diablos finished third.
