Diablos Win Cup Qualifier
The championship aspirations of the El Paso Diablos are still alive and well, while the Las Vegas Aces are left to wait until next year.

El Paso won the clinching game of the Cup Qualifier 10-3 over Las Vegas at Inferno Field, to win the series 4-1.

"You feel like a little kid again, celebrating something like this," said left fielder Elijah Epps, who paced the El Paso offense and was named series MVP. "We take everything real seriously when we're on the field, but after a series is over you can finally relax a little bit."

Epps claimed the MVP by racking up 8 hits for a .444 average, with a .500 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, 5 RBI and scored 3 runs.

The Pro Circuit Cup matchups and schedule will be announced after the Cup Qualifier finishes.
