Knights Fight for 9-8 Win
Good production from right fielder Bryan Hall helped the Los Angeles Knights topple the Denver Cutthroats, 9-8. Hall was 3 for 3 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3 for the Knights. The win puts Los Angeles at 26-38.

The decisive blow was delivered by Fernando Medina in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a solo home run off 2012 Rookie of the Year Award winner Won-keun Baek to win the game for Los Angeles. The home crowd went nuts.

Knights manager Steve Finley wasn't all too pleased, despite the win, telling reporters that the performance highlighted some clear areas for improvement moving forward. He refused to be more specific, however. "I'm not gonna publicize our weaknesses," he said. "That stuff stays in the clubhouse."
