Boston (R) Halts Ocejo's Hitting Steak Tuesday, September 17th , 2019 Victor Ocejo's sizzling hitting streak was snapped at 21 games, as the St. Louis (R) Lions dropped their contest with the Boston (R) Shamrocks, 9-2, at PBC Rookie Development Complex. Ocejo failed to get a hit, finishing 0-for-3. After the game Ocejo spoke with BNN and called his effort "quite a streak." "I just ran into some good pitching today," he said. Ocejo is batting .328 this year with 10 home runs, 49 RBIs and 56 runs scored. He has 101 hits in 308 at-bats. |
