Bad News for San Francisco (R), Adame Injured Monday, September 2nd , 2019
The doctors have spoken and Roberto Adame of the San Francisco (R) Peanuts didn't like what he heard. The 17-year-old starting pitcher is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Adame sustained his season-ending injury during the New York City (R) Blues game yesterday at PBC Rookie Development Complex. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the San Francisco (R) medical staff reported Adame had ulnar nerve entrapment and would be absent from the lineup for at least 4 months.
