Jin Named R Batter of the Month Sunday, September 1st , 2019 It's perhaps an award he'll win many more times through his career, as at age 19 Chih-tui Jin has a lot of baseball ahead of him. But for now the young Philadelphia (R) Keystones star can enjoy the numbers he put up in August, which have garnered him the nod as the PBC Rookie Complex League Batter of the Month. His breakout month featured a .398 average with 10 home runs, 24 RBIs and 22 runs scored. This year, Jin has hit 22 home runs and posted a .375 batting average. |
