Pitcher of the Year Award Goes to Toronto (R) Hurler Sunday, October 27th , 2019 John Tutt had a sensational 2019 season in the PBC Rookie Complex League. The Toronto (R) pitching machine has been proclaimed this year's Pitcher of the Year Award recipient. This season Tutt starred with a 10-2 record.
